Thanks to the different fabrication technologies and the availability of “clean” working environments (meaning that they are suitable for the manufacture of filtering components for medical use), it is capable of providing complex technical applications.
We have produced numerous “custom-made” medical filters with geometries specified by the individual customer using multi-layer ultrasonic welding processes.

In each of these cases, the filter is designed in accordance with the customer’s specifications and the fabrication process takes place in a clean environment or with a controlled degree of contamination. It is also possible to add a final sterilization phase for the filtering component.
The choice of materials in these applications takes into account the environmental operation conditions but also the specific needs for bio-compatibility, such as those regulated by the standards of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP).
